very good sub for the price. if you want some sound quality and want spl this sub in a sealed box around 1.8 cubic ft does the job i have 2 in a box 1.8 cubic ft per chamber they hit very hard and sound clean on only 400 rms i can be heard blocks away i can imagine with 1000 rms clean power
